whats gives a better pic compressing the movie as much as you can or little compression?

The more you compress, the junkier it will look. As the compression used by DVDxCopy is lossy. It throws information out as it compress. So if possible use the lowest amount, but I don't think you can select the level, you can select not to included everything to help the selected level.
