Hey everyone....
I've read through several guides on Shrink and followed the steps. So I get to the point of clicking "Backup" and after that nothing happens and Shrink completely shuts down....what gives...doesn't matter weather i'm re-authoring or doing a Full disk....Shrink just shuts down...I never get the Backup config screen...just denied !!
I'm running a Dell 8300 with XP home.

Any thoughts, help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreicated.

Have you got nero on your system?

If YES try going into dvdshrink "preferences" then "file I/O" and then uncheck "enable burning with nero".

Thanks a million!! That's exactly the inside tip I needed...I was ready to through Shrink out the window, but not now. I can now backup my DVD's till my burner can't take it any more :)
I'm so glad this site is here and that it's members are willing to share their wealth of knowledge!!!!!
