Sounds like they are looking to block a whole lot more than porn...something tells me that wikileaks would be on the list of things they don't want people to see (they say children, but this is going to be on every account by default, and some will not remove it because they think it makes them look like perverts or something).

I'M in agreement for a ban on porn but only if they ban party political broadcasts on TV. The sight of those dirty sleazy politician bastards on tv is disgusting.

they block porn from the internet i can see isp's all over the world going broke.

I have been watching porn since I was 8 I loved it then and I love it now, I am not a screwed up because of it I don't see the point in trying to block kids from something that really isn't that big of a deal. Why do we try to hide sex more than we do violence?

rubbish. parents should just do they jobs and watch what their children use the internet for. but for the most part this is just a back door to filter out other items. all p2p sites will be blocked due the possibility that they could have porn on them.
all is need is a filter that any idiot can install

As a "child" - if they EVER go through with these plans I swear to God not only will I watch more porn, I'll make sure kids are being sold it on the playgrounds of every school possible AND, I will bring back the days when porn was sold on bad quality (ignore the erm, *bad* part) DVDs to the damn masses !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Edit: I was joking about watching more of it. But the rest is true. Btw, such actions would result in not only ISPs going bust, but the whole porn industry, since teenagers form a huge part of their market !!! And that's a big market. It'd ultimately only be the government loosing out on taxes !!!
