DVD Shrink to Nero Failure

I hope that all remember me from my experience with Nero. Briefly I could not get Nero to accept that my DVD-R blank media capacity was sufficient to burn to after encoding with DVDShrink. I followed several messages posted on this forum. Finally I decided to reinstall Nero and not upgrade thereafter. So I uninstalled Nero 6.3.0.15 and removed all references to Nero from my harddrive and registry. Then I reinstalled the version of Nero that I purchased which is Nero 6.3.0.0.13. Later I used DVD Shrink then Nero with no problem. Let me add that about a week ago I left a message for tech support at Nero. There has been no response.
