Hello and hugs from Portugal.

Im new on this DVD thing but i will try to explain my problem.
I have a DVD LG GSA-4081B.
Some friends of afterdawn had gave me some tips and i start to burn dvds nice and easy with DVD shrink3. and so with Shrink2.Yesterday i burned 4 original movies and everything was just fine.Today i try to backup the original movie Alien 1 and when i cliked in Open Files i receive a message box with this:" Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program:........dvd shrink 2.2.exe
Abnormal program termination."
I don`t know what is this...:(
This happens with shrink V2 or V3!
Anyone can help me?
Another problem is this:
Any time i insert an original movie on my dvd-rom it happens a strange thing.when i try to open the movie to see it ,my computer restart!!i think it could be a region problem but how if my region is ok?
Please try to help me because i don´t know what to do anymore.I use PowerDVD to see movies but i can´t see the originals,i only can see them with no problems after Shrink them and burn,then the copy is fine to use but not the original that just restart my computer :( .Strange no??Help!! :)
I have a P3 1 Ghz, 512RAM, win xp home edition.
i use power dvd to see movies,and i have DVD43 too but he is just in system tray.don´t know how to use it but some peopil from afterdawn tell me that is fine to give a little help to DVDShrink!...well that`s it!
