As much as ICE's bullshit with Operation In Our Sites is unjustified to begin with,you got to give them Credit on this one,they knew they had messed up big time and returned the Domain name...but what Pisses me off is the RIAA is all like"We don't care if Artists and Labels gave you the tracks legally,your a Pirate in our eyes"....this is why SOPA DOES NOT WORK!.
Scary...Mob tactics with government backing. This is the RIAA saying if you don't get your music from us, you don't get it at all. All nice and "legal," no due process, as the government sealed the files. What will happen when the average citizen can be singled out and treated the same way as an "infringing" website?
My bad, I forgot they can already do that if they label you a suspected terrorist.

They can hold you for life without trial or charges if you are a suspected terrorist...your website(s) will be the least of your concern as you are being tortured by some sadist simply because you voiced your opinion that the constitution is a good thing and maybe we shouldn't make laws that violate it.
