At CES this year, Asus revealed their MeMo tablet, a 7-inch quad-core beast that the company was set to sell for $249. Today, sources are claiming that the MeMo will actually end up being the Google Nexus Tablet, and the price tag will be significantly lower. Quad core 149 tablet and u can take a significant market share from the iPad which is all google cares about or needs to make money.

I honestly don't see how they couldn't keep the exact same profit margin, and simply sell this tablet for exactly how much more the quad-Tegra 3 would cost. If not quad, at least the difference between the Tegra 3 dual-core and the OMAP 4.
