I am new to the whole Bittorrent thing and need a bit of help getting started.

I have managed to download the Burst Bittorrent Client which is setup as default apart from the ports which I had to change becuase I couldn't connect to anywhere.

I am loggin into sites like uk-fileshare and trying to download a DVD movie which starts off ok, but its download at like 1Kbps. I have tried a few different sites and still the same thing.

Is this normal, if so where is the best place to get movies from at a decent speed, even if it means paying ?
