Thanks celtic and johnski,nothing seems to work, will do a full auto scan that should pick it up, its just setting things up again,you know favorites etc.Thanks anyway.

Try a manual scan on 827000
If not then do the autoscan and it will eventually pick it up somewhere lol .. And I dont think you will lose your channel order if you dont reset the b0x and just do the auto scan with the channel you already have

cant flash starview at all. flash keeps failing. nothing when i plug it in to tele either no time or anything!!

yep i did indeed. on powering on it flashs 4 times a dash like . on 4th flash light stays on but nothing happens

reflash your box again and wait for it to finish before you disconnect the box as when you see 100% it is not finished till you get another pop up telling you it is finoshed and the box reboots itself again ok

i tried re flash several imes after a few seconds it flash failed pops up!!

Unplug it and leave for a min and turn it back on again and see will that sort it

Are you using the serial cable connected to a USB? If so You may need to change the speed of your com port.

Hi all would just like to know if anyone has heard of a reason why picture freeze is happening in waterford area, driving us bonkers.
Also getting green flashes on screen, becoming more frequent also/v4.50 installed on the box.N#l cable service
Have read on another site that people are having the same problems in dublin, service or firmware problem I wonder?

No I havent tried that yet, was trying to avoid that until a more stable version came out as I've seen lots of people not so much as complaining about it but each with seperate issues and ideas so i'd say we won't have to wait too much longer before they bring out new firmware hopefully.
Have you tried it yourself?
Sorry for delay in reply, got dragged off pc last night so she could watch corrie!!!

All the last updated firmwares seem to be Beta as such and contain a few bugs I still find 4.50 to be the most stable for The Box in Ireland.

Nice sig Des :) Although delete the space between that and your slogan as it may be just a bit too big. Regards the frequency Des try a booster beside the offending box.

Hi all!
HHHEEEEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!
This may have been answered elsewhere and if so my apologies, but I have lost setanta 1 and I'm desperate to watch the football tonight and was wondering if/how i can get it back.
I have tried a re-scan and checked the codes (the ones updated on 19th October) without any luck.
Thanks in advance to anyone that may be able to help
