Alright, I know there's a million topics on BT. I've looked through stuff all over for days on end. Nothing has worked. I think the problem may be my wierd router setup. My dad's VPN needs to have a low MTU. My Xbox Live needs a high MTU. Because of this, what we have done is set up 2 routers, one for him to connect to, and one for the rest of the computers. I have Cox Cable; the cable modem connects to a Linksys 802.11b router, which my dad's computer is plugged into. Connected to the Linksys router is a Netgear WGT624 802.11g router, which all the wireless clients on the network use (that includes me).

The Linksys router's IP is 192.168.1.1
The Netgear router's IP is 192.168.0.1
My static IP from the Netgear router is 192.168.0.6

Cable modem--->Linksys--->Netgear--->Me and 2 others

What I have done is forwarded ports TCP/UDP 6881-6999 from the Linksys router to 192.168.0.1 (Netgear router). From there, I've forwarded TCP/UDP 6881-6999 to 192.168.0.6 (me). I've also set TCP 6881 as a trigger to TCP 6881-6999.

When running ABC, the torrents show up green, but the downloads are painfully slow. When running Azureus and doing the port 6881 test in the configuration, it gives me the "NAT error". Online tests to see if port 6881 is open have failed. I don't understand what is going on; the router says that it's open, but it really doesn't appear so. Could this have to do with the Linksys router forwarding ports to the Netgear router? Should I have the Linksys router forward those ports directly to 192.168.0.6 (me)?

I'm in dire need of help- this is just getting obnoxious.
