I put your 750 value in VirtualDub > Audio > Interleaving > Skew and saved it using Video > Direct stream copy.

Did you put 750 only? I put +750 and it didn't work.
Was that what I did wrong?

Don't use the + before the number (750 not +750).
Only if it was a negative number you would use the minus sign (-750).

I did it! I used the 750 without a + or - and it worked.
Apparently, the reason it didn't work for me, was because I used a + before the 750.
