So you go it to work with Originally posted by DawgYa: Originally posted by goyankees: Originally posted by DawgYa: Originally posted by goyankees: I copied my GT5 and it works fine with MultiMan. My coworker was complaining about his GT5 not working and it was a modified eboot. But if your copying straight from the disc you bought you should have absolutely no problem. If you downloaded it then maybe you have a modified eboot problem but i cant help you with that, sorry.
I think I figured out my problem, GT5 has a file that is about 11-12 gig, when I copied it to my external HDD, I noticed it is only 4 gig. So, I am waiting on a 500 gig HDD to replace my filled up 80 gig HDD, then I will try it again.
Theres the problem, external wont take a file bigger than 4gb. Good Luck.
I got GT5 to work! It was that darn GT.VOL file, it is 12GBs in fact it gave me trouble in filezilla with 2 failed attempts to transfer the file, but it finally took!
I got my 500GB HDD working too! But now I am thinking I should have went with a 1TB internal drive!
So you got it working from internal or external? I haven't bothered with GT5 yet since I have a 60GB and I haven't upgraded the internal hard drive yet.

GT5 will only work internal, since it has a file bigger than 4gb, it gave me a lot of head aches before I figured it out.

650GB limit huh? Oh well, I feel I got an excellent deal on ebay for my 500GB.
I wonder if I can use my old 80GB HDD in my XBOX 360? It has a TINY 20GB!

yea i think if you put in the 1TB,it will only format as high as 650,so the other 350gig will go to waste, and you cant just plug the 80gig into your xbox, its not like the ps3,you have to flash the drive with certain files for the it to work, pain in the a$$,not worth it,

If you have one then best put in somewhere safe. You never know what future hacks may be used with it, and not just on the ps3.

Here's what I have working so far using KMEAWS 3.55 and MultiMan 1.16.03. All running from an external WD MyBook 650GB drive. (I actually created 3 separate partitions on the drive. One for WII, Data, PS3)
Marvel Vs Capcom 3
Batman Arkham Asylum
Bulletstorm
Dead Rising 2
Little Big Planet
NBA Jam
Mortal Kombat Vs Dc
Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom

Yes I think I will save mine just in case. I was thinking of trying to sell it, but holding on to it is a good idea...

That would be cool to do, I thought of making partitions but I was in too much of a hurry to start loading games for my Wii on to my first 500GB external HDD. It turned out to be better for me to just have a separate HDD for my PS3 and Wii because I have nearly filled my Wii hdd already and the PS3 games can be MEGA big! Almost 40GB for some games!

It was actually quite simple. Using Windows I created the Data Partition (NTFS), then using WFBS Manager I formated it for the WII partition. The let over amount I formatted using FAT32 for the PS3. !!!!However whenever I plug the external back into my PC it will ask if I want the WII partition formatted.!!!

I just installed that one too, but for me it does work from external. It does not have a "big" file that would require it to run from the internal HDD.
I am not sure if I like it yet tho...
