Well I was on last night trying to stream my copy of Battleship, when the audio was stopped and the infamous text box appeared at the bottom of the screen.

So if you have a back up you want to watch via ps3, then I might have a solution for you
Anyways, I use PMS or Ps3 Media Server, well I'm guessing the Cinavia uses DTS well what I did to work around this was switch to Optical and select every selection there, some stuff will pop up but just select yes and move on, the select Multiple Outputs, then stream via PMS, find the video with the ps3 on the server and stream with MEncoder and AC3 audio.

If anyone could also test this, there is slight skipping unless you let it buffer a while.
