I just bought a ps3 slim and I am unsure which firmware to use (3.41 cfw or 3.55 cfw).
Here are some questions:

1) How do you backup the original firmware, so that you can restore it to factory settings,if you no longer want the CFW on the ps3 and how would I reinstall it.

2)If games are in the external hdd, are there any differences on how the either 3.41cfw or 3.55 cfw would recognize the games. Would it be plug and play with external hdd using same steps for both of them. (EI. putting games Same directory in the external hdd or are they placed in different folders) or is each CFW is different on play directory placement of games. I read that you put them in GAMEZ folder is that the same way of putting them in both of the CFW?

3)What are the best online tutorials for doing 3.41 cfw? I already saw the pin for the 3.55 cfw. There are so many guides..
