The only details we have at the moment on it are what appear to be security updates, so those into PS3 Custom Firmware, downgrading, hacking and homebrew may want to hold off updating as usual.

Finally, for those having issues with Netflix after updating, simply do the following to reset it:
1. Start Netflix from the PS3 and immediately hold the Start and Select buttons together.
2. It should ask you if you want to Reset Netflix.
3. Select yes and you will need to re-enter your Netflix email and password.
4. It should then start working.
