Questions about DLC and PSN/downloadable games on a jailbroken PS3

I was wondering if there was any way to get DLC for games and downloadable games to play on a jailbroken PS3? I have often wondered about this (even before I decided to jailbreak my PS3) but I didn't manage to find out much, so it always remained a mystery. That's why I decided to post I guess.

Is DLC locked to a specific account? If so I guess there would be no way to extract it and make it downloadable...I wonder about downloadable games though.

Anyway, if anyone can enlighten me about this it would be much appreciated! ^^
