Follow this guide to install homebrew channel, downgrade IOS15, patch IOS36 and then restore IOS15. That should allow you to install wads again.

Go to the guide in my sig and follow the below steps. This should get hackmii to let you install Bootmii/DVDx/HBC again.

Do the steps below and it should work.

Format your SD Card and start fresh (save any files you want saved).

Extract the softmod pack again to your clean SD card (redownload if you have to).

DO NOT RENAME ANYTHING!

After you get the files on your SD card take the boot file at the root and copy it to your PC (this is the hackmii installer). After you place it on your PC delete it off the SD card.

Now on the SD card go to apps folder then to hbc_dopios_v8 folder and copy (do not cut) the boot file in this folder to the root of the SD card (this is the DOP-IOS application).

Now do as you did before when running the hackmii installer (make sure SD card is not placed in Wii yet)...

Go to Wii ICON (Bottom left hand corner)>DATA MANAGEMENT>CHANNELS>SD CARD TAB (make sure you go to CHANNEL not GAME DATA).

You will get a message saying "Nothing is inserted in the SD Card slot".

At this time insert the SD card into the Wii System.

You will get a message saying "Load Boot dol/elf?" Select YES.

This should run DOP-IOS. Go to IOS30 and reisntall IOS30 again.

After you do the above steps exit out and connect the SD card to your PC.

Now delete the boot file at the root of the SD card then copy the boot file you placed on your PC at the begining back on the root.

Now run the Hackmii installer again using bannerbomb as before.

Did you have Preloader or Bootmii installed?

What is the Serial of your system?

That could be the problem. Did you happen to see what the bersion of IOS30 was installed before you installed it again?

I see whats up. You need to install preloader again. This happens when you install IOS60 after you have installing Preloader.

What firmware and region is your Wii?

Download this file HERE.

Extarct it to your SD Card (choose yes if it asks to overwrite).

Now place the SD Card in your Wii and boot into Preloader. Go to the HBC in the Preloader menu. Once in the HBC menu go to Preloader .29 and load the installer. This will reinstall Preloader and should get your menu back up.

Yes all you need to do is place the Preloader .29 folder into the apps folder. Or just do as I said and extarct it to the SD Card. It will not delete other stuff you already have in the apps folder.

Also make sure the hacks file is at the root of the SD Card.

This is what you do: Download these files. You only need the boot.dol file. Move this file on the root directory of your SD card. But before you do, rename the file HBC.dol. This is not obligatory. I am telling you to do this to avoid confusion just in case you already have a file of the same name placed on the root of your SD card. If you don't then don't bother. Now, run Preloader as usual. Navigate to the Load/Install option. Hit A on the Wiimote. You should see the file there. Select the file using the control pad on the Wiimote. Next, hit A. It should install the file. Once installed make sure it is still selected. This time instead of pressing A on the Wiimote, press 1. HBC channel should boot.

Use this guide HERE.

If this was a already softmoded system and you updated to 4.2 firmware you will need to softmod the system again. You can use the 4.2 softmod guide in my sig.
