if anyone knows how to make this work pls post in this topic. some says it has copy protection does not work on usb loader and an error occurs after 4 mins of gameplay.

Crap man, I just saw this was scene released today. You're the first I've heard try. Nobody here is going to be able to help you until we all get our hands on it and start playing.
We all suspected there may be some new copy protection on this release but this is the first confirmed report of it.

So you don't actually have it yet, you just read about it?
I just checked gbatemp and they're saying to stay away from the scrubbed versions.

got it. works directly in the wii channel. i can play upto world 1-2 then when its on 1-3 the error shows

Reports are that there is a 1:1 copy being uploaded right now that works on everything.

know one knows yet whats wrong with the game . bad rip ,copy protection etc.btw lately there has been alot of bad rips bad rared scene releases on wii xbox360 .everyone is in a hurry to put new games to scene to build ratio and dont bother checking the games

I'm curious to find out myself what kind/level of protection this new game has. NTSC release is 15 November. I guess we'll find out then...

I can't even load the game. I'm running a softmod 4.0U using discs and I am getting the error "001 unauthorized device has been detected". Think 4.1 or 4.2 is necessary?

Is this the error you're getting from the New Super Mario Bros game? If this is the case, you can attempt to remove the 001 error by using Trucha Tigner and the Generic Wii Patcher. My assumption is there probably are underlying issues with the dump as already mentioned by other members in this thread. I would wait it out until it's been confirmed that the file indeed works. Another ISO from the same source should be released in no time...

Man, total size 377.54 megabytes. Thats crazy.
Ive got 4.1 PAL wii, ill give it a go when i get my hands on a blank disc

Yes. That's small if that's all you really need to play the game. That means there is a lot of junk within.

I'm trying to get to the point of you guys where at least you can start to play the game. I upgraded to 4.1U per the guide on this site. now I put the same disc in and instead of getting an error It starts to load then goes back to the wii home screen.

Why do we care that you are going to "give it a go"?
This was ripped yesterday and nobody has gotten to work. It's confirmed that the it doesn't work on any softmod or modchip so what exactly are you going to share with us that we don't already know?
The most you can do is play a few levels and then it crashes. It's partially playable on dolphin-emu but the sound is jacked and who wants to experience it that way?

So far I've read these comments concerning attempts to play the game:
"Pal 4.2e with Wiikey v2, cios14b.
Neogamma R7 - fails to boot - eject / power off error.
DVD - can play to 1st checkpoint in 1st level then eject / power off error."

I don't believe it is working for disclodaders but it is working from SD card and USB. I got it working from SD
