Press the "Fix checked" button. Then close HijackThis.


Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features (or whatever it?s called in Vista) and uninstall Ask Toolbar or Ask.com Toolbar or Nero Toolbar all that you find.

Go to C:\Program Files\Ask.com and delete the folder ?Ask.com?

Reboot ? that will get you started and as soon as we can get rid of the Malware we?ll work on getting your drive cleaned up.

2 Programs I use are ccleaner and diskeeper professional.

My Pc is never slow.

Ccleaner cleans temp files ect and Diskeeper will auto defrag your pc and you never have to do it again.
