i have a seagate FAT+ and it works great. it is attached to my upstairs tv and when i want to watch a movie on my harddrive in my theater i take it downstairs and hook it to my ps3. I recently setup my home network so i have the the FAT+ connected by cat5 and my ps3 wirelessly connected. is there a way to access the fat+ as a media server and view the contents via the network from my ps3 so i dont have to move the hardrdive down stairs.

If not what would be an advantage of having this on the network besides accessing internet programs like netflix from it?
