thanks for the info i actually found a place near me with new ps3 controllers for 40 dollars so i may as well splurge the extra bit of cash

im using a wired pc logitech dual action works well but no home button. and my ps3 buttons on the front are toast so i have to power on by putting a disc half way into the drive....
