I tried searching the forums but I haven't really found an answer to my question. I'm using PS3 Media Server to stream all my content from my laptop to my PS3 and it's working awesome. However I was wondering if there is any way to control (whether with PS3 Media Server or another program) the contents of the stream from the PC side, as opposed to having to navigate the folder trees via the PS3 every time I want to switch artists. Any help or pointers would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Dude again I am no expert, but I have been using PS3 media server for some time, play a little with the Library, you can manipulate what content to be streamed there, here is the path "Navigation/share settings/shared folders", also you can always access the content by going (from your PS3) to a folder named #-Media Library-# where you can basically filter by pretty much whatever you need, hope it helps.
