well on dex ps3 you can side load them using network from the pc using dex game loader and target manager.... im not too sure about rebug cfw but you never know :3

i DID see you were asking for software... but you DID NOT see that i DID say "dex game loader(DEX Game Mounter) and target manager" that's 2 apps and there's no way to side load games on normal ps3.. either use dex ps3 or converted dex to achieve what you want... software alone will not work since target manager is part of sony sdk and it only works with test or tool units....
