Hello my fellow after amigos just looking for some assistance. My ps3 keeps freezing while on the XMB or ob playstation store any ideas what I can try? Thank in advance. I tried searching for this but kept finding problems freezing during gameplay.

I have the latest software. U think doing a factory reset will help out?

I have the same problem, the screen freezes when I log in. It doesent affect the game (Mortal Kombat) but it takes ages to load. Would a factory reset work? or is there an easier solution .
