1 click dvd shuts itself off when I click on start

Ok here`s the deal, I click on the 1click dvd start button and the program just stops running. I t disappears from the screen and is not minimized or anything like that. When I click on the icon for the program it stars up and I can go into the options and chand stuff there but it will not allow me to start the action in the program What is up with that any ideas?
