Why WOnt TMPEGEnc WORK????

i have followed the guide in DOOM9 to decode my movie and have saved a project with DVD2AVI(d2v), but when i try to open it up with TMPGEnc it wont let me. am i doing something wrong?? ive tried using ReMPEG2 but im not sure i used it right. do you have to type:
CFFL
TSV_0_1.VOB.....
into notepad and the load it up in ReMPEG2... if so then i have done this and there has been no logging.
if anyone knows how to help me then i thank you in advance.
by the way im trying to burn the fast and the furious- if that helps!!!

or if you have time on your hands then maybe you could send me a step by step guide of what to do from ripping to buring!! and send it to babikane@hotmail.com -am i asking too much??? well thanx for those to try to help me!!!

Make sure when you save the project in DVDtoAVI...you wait until the file is completely saved. I made the mistake of exiting too quickly and finding my dv2 file wouldn't work in TMPGenc either. You can tell its finished by watching the slide bar on the bottom. It will also say finished on the info bar on the right. For me the best DVD to DVD-R quide out there is at http://www.dvd2dvdr.com/index.htm
