I've recently been trying to put my avi movies on dvd discs. I tried many programs (Avi to DVD)(MPG to DVD).

Everytime i burn them to the disc, my video(widescreen) is stretched to fullscreen. Making the faces look goofy and showing loss of quality.

It keeps taking the video I have and it stretches it to full screen. Is there a program I can use to make my avi's to dvd and keep the same height and width after I burn it? Any suggestions will be grateful.

you might want to try VirtualDub. you need to define the output resolution (screen size). give this guide a try. http://www.doom9.org/virtualdub_procedures.htm
