I'm trying desparately to use ffmpegx but I can't find a place to download mpeg2enc and REal-Libs. Any help would be returned with eternal gratitude.

The stuff for ffmpegx wasn't there, but I found Open Shiva which does exactly what I want (taking VOB files to mpeg)
