Corrupted video when converting with CCE Basic v2.69.01

I'm using CCE basic 2.69 to convert an xvid file into m2v file.

I used to do this with Tmpgenc with no problems, so I wanted to try CCE so it takes less time.

I've followed all the guides, here and in doom9, but no matter what I try, I get a corrupted video output.

Is there anyone here that could write a few words on which settings should I set just to convert an AVI file into a m2v file?
