Canada site is of no help ... I hear the UK site is hard to connect. People have had success calling the Europe site.

Do yourself a favor and try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter (both free)

Last week the uk support was automatically redirecting calls to the europe (Ireland)supprt.
