I am a new user to this program. The problem I am having is the error code saying "Unable read disc". It has shown the disc name but will not read the disc. I also had one come up as an encrypted error. Any help with this would be great. I have seen xpress and platinum both work and would like to enjoy this program. My computer is
HP a430n
AMD 3200+
HP DVD writer 300n (can't find any driver updates for this writer)

If there is any other system info needed I will get it as best possible, I am a newbie on the computer but am trying to learn.

does the version you have include the decrypter?

it was taken out in later versions so you may need to rip the DVD first using a tool called DVDDecrypter before using DVDXCopy

Try cleaning the disc.

Also if your using an older version try getting a new one.
