Hello, helpppppp
I used DVD decrypter/IFO edit. Plays fine on the PC, so I believe it ripped fine. Using A04 DVD-r with the firmware upgraded and the latest Nero version 5.5.9.6 I was getting communication error, but cured that by turning off DMA. Now, it starts to burn, and will stall at various %'s complete (25%,13% 33%). Program doesnt lock up, just stops burning, no errors. What did burn will play in PC DVD player. I did read on Nero's site about Via busmaster driver problems. Any ideas anyone?

I had the same problem with A04 and Nero (I tried 5999 (that's what it said) and 55917.

Finally, I read someone said to stop using nero and go with IMGTOOLS to create an Image, and DVDDecrypter to burn, that works great for me.

Does the burnt DVD still play with Nero ?
Does Imgtools allow you to burn movies larger than 4.7 GIG?
What sort of communication errors do you receive?
