i have no sound with my ABIT N7 V2. the speckers are in the right port. so what gives?

More information is required I'm afraid.........

Operating system?
What sound card is installed, or is it onboard?
If it is onboard, have you got the jumpers set correctly?
Have you loaded the software/codecs for your sound?
Have you correctly configured it within windows?
Do your speakers work?
Have you got the volume set correctly and not muted?

More questions, but these are the basics.............
