Combine DVD-Rs spiltted by DVDFab

I have a DVD title which is splitted by DVDFab into 2 DVD-Rs.

I have recently bought a Dual Layer DVD burner and would like to combine the 2 DVD-Rs splitted by DVDFabs into the original single DVD title.

The structure of the DVD title is like that

DVDR-1 contains the menu, Title 1's chapters 1-20
DVDR-2 contains Titile 1's chapter 23-30

What tools cna I use to achieve this? Can DVDRemake perform such requirements?

Quite sure you can do the job with DvdReMake Pro. Should not be much different from this example: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_merge1.php

By the way, what happend to chapters 21 and 22?
