Hi room im slowly moving through my way of guides etc and i finally understand everything but (theres always a but)im having problems. I do all the stages ie the calculations etc and i work out that the rempeg scale factor should be 80% I do want to keep everythn the dvd is only 5.75G the stuff i want to keep ie vobs 2, 3 and 4 only add upto 133MB.

I rempeg the movie after all the ripping process (DVD decrypter) and i used 80% encoding with rempeg. the resultant m2v size becomes 3.63GB but then after running through ifoedit and repointing vobs etc and the new set of vods become expanded to 4.65Gig then when adding the original menu etc (ie the 133mb prev mentioned) of course well over I then thought ok to hell with the calc for rempeg and said ill go drastic and encode to 65% of original file but to my horror after 15 hrs i still had 18 hrs left am i missing somthing is it right that the m2v file is to increase as lrge as it did ie from 3.6 to 4.65gig i cant wait that long obviously 65% is going to take along time im sure someone has said in forum that they used 80% and evrything was ok

In need of finally cracking this one I need that last point to get me fully fledged in the process
