DVCD disc cannot playback

My US customer burned me a DVCD for reading on our VCD player, the unit is able to read dvcd, vcd, cd, mp3 etc. I read the disc, the movie comes on, the picture is minor jumpy. The vcd unit supported by ESS decoder and Samsung. The same dvcd I played on the unit which supported by ESS decoder and Sony. Playback is fine. What is the porblem cause the disc jump ?
