I have version 3.2.1. All the features work except the "Advanced Feature" which is used for splitting. When I try to open that one area it freezes up. What do I do? Is there something running like a temporary washer program on my computer that might be causing this. My neighbor has the same computer without the washer program and the program no problem. Please, can someone help me? Thanks.

You have 3.2.1 of which software ?? [if you leave more indepth details then maybe you would recieve the help you need and also a faster response].

Sorry about that, I thought we were on the forum for dvd x copy PLATINUM. That is the program I have. As I previously stated, only the advanced portion of the program does not respond. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but it hasn't changed. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

I am not a user of DVDxCopy of any type so would probably suggest that you maybe ask at : http://dvdxcopy.afterdawn.com forums
