When i use dvd shrink to reauthor the Movie
Matchstick Men it shows only one 2 channel audio
track and it has the directors commentary.When i play the original in my dvd player it shows two audio tracks that are 2 channel. Did the other one vanish into thin air? What gives? Someone please help!

That's harsh eh buddy...
All I can suggest is, make sure you rip DVD to HD first, using DVDDecrypter (in file mode).
Won't care 'why' anymore, if solves problem :-)
