jumping xbox backups newbie needs help

a friend has given me about 10 iso xbox games after burning in nero
they all seem to work BUT some of them seem to jump on the movie parts of them. ive been thinking that maybe some are usa games and because i have a pal uk xbox they dont play right.
is there anything i can do to stop this jumping ?
