Well, my fear might have finally appeared. Our PC is used mainly for DVD backups and the Internet. I wish it were just me using it, then no problems. AFter the movie is ripped using DVD Decrypter, I open DVD Shrink and open files in file mode. The list on the right hand side starts to blink on and off. It takes a loooong time to just go into My Computer - now that stupid flashlight waves back and forth, before it just took a second or two. I have everyone use Spybot and Adware after being on the internet. I defrag as much as possible and get rid of files that are not needed. What else could be causing this. I have uninstalled DVD Shrink and will install a fresh copy later on. HELP
