Hi guys,

I'd decided to buy a dvd rw and plumped for the pioneer dvr 108 so i removed my old cdrw and replaced it with the dvr108 installed it and updated to latest firmware 1.14.My comp detects the drive correctly and so does nero but any type of disc(dvd,cd or blank dvd) gets scanned but not read :( also in sisandra its says "cannot obtaindrive information,check that a disc is in the drive and correctly formatted"

Any help would be appreciated as i'm a bit of a nub with comps never mind dvdrws :)
