hi! i have downloaded a movie that is in bin/cue format. i figure this is a vcs or svcd file that needs to be converted. just curious how i do that and what i need to do that. i have a full version of nero

You're wanting to watch the film on a standard DVD player, yes?

TMPGEnc is a great tool to convert formats and TMPGEnc DVD Author is a good one for putting the files into the proper DVD format and adding menus :)

Here's a guide for TMPGEnc. it uses an AVI as an example but the principle is the same for (S)VCD:
