DVDX Copy Platinum vs. Intervideo DVDCopy2

Which one of these programs do you think will give the best video output? Or are these pretty similar when compared?

I heard that DVDCopy2 is really bad with old movies.

I own both, latest versions too(DVDX Copy 4.0.4.15).
Please help me out.

who cares :) ... use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter :)

If you really want a good backup try DVD Rebuilder w/ CCE Basic.

I use Platinum & have tried Icopydvds2 & Shrink. I find that they all give good quality results. I personally prefer platinum. You could argue the toss over which is best. I guess it all depends what you want it for. I also have Nero 6.6 & alcohol20% for copying copies. As I have said I prefer Platinum, purely down to its' 1 click use. I have DVD43 & AnyDvd for encryption/CSS protection issues (I have burned over 300 dvds with no encryption problems). I can read & burn a 7.5gig DVD movie with my 108s in less than 40mins & have had a great success rate, (RW is the best, just in case!). I use Imation 4xRW media with top results.
