what comes up after booting up?
do you have a system settings?
what you are asking kinda deals with what dashboard (operating sys) yyou have on your box

yea, what dashboard do you have...is it unleashx, evox, avalaunch....., it should appear on boot, if not you might have to click the option on your ms dashboard where your xbox live tab would be, it might say pheonix or something else, that will take you to your new dashboard

yea look when i turn my xbox on that first screen where it said in green xbox is now sayin xbox in red and where it said microsoft says excuter 2 but i ain't
sure which version it is light or pro so ......... what should i do do i have to get slayer's auto installer?

if you box stops at exucter it is not ,ater this screen it goes to evox , yea just put slayers in and install

yea when i turn the box on the eject button is blinking red and green n im freakin out man!
when i try to turn my xbox on my eject button is flashing green and red. dude im freakin out i dont kno wut to do

an you install evox and apps from slayers?
the lights are probably because the bios cannot find a operating system

you dont need slayers but its one of the easy ways of putting evox and lots of other apps that are nicly bundled on one disk
'games you can rip to your box once you install a large harddrive first before you take out the original harddrive unlock with slayers , now you can use this harddrive for somthing else
a 160 gig harddrive will hold 60-75 xbox games
plus all the emulators and music
