Does it matter? Actually there were many threads where members were posting emails. For some reason everyone posting in the PS2 forums forgot to read the rules.

is it against the rules to post a web site that offers a database of passwords for files that have a winrar extracting password - no passwords for the actual files them selves, just the kind that would allow the file to be extracted

do it behind your back?? Not much the mods can do about that. If it's in the open forum, then we can address it if it violates the forum rules. If they think they can do it in a PM, the admins have the ability to check it they so choose.

Best practice is for everybody who wants to break the rules, exchange emails via PM's and do it conversate through their own emails.
