I bought some DVD-R over here in Iraq and am having some trouble getting them to burn. Below are the respective error logs and screen shots. I was hoping somebody could give me some insight as to why these DVD?s are not working correctly.

I am having trouble finding any DVD+R over here, and I have yet to find a company that will ship to a military APO address.
