Program to burn with menus/main but no extras?

I was just wondering if there's a program that you can use to burn a dvd with the main feature and the title menus, but remove the extras. I know there are programs where you can remove the extras and just burn the main feature, but I want the menus as well. With ISOEdit, when you split the main feature, it creates new menus for both parts, and you can choose to either add extras or not, so I figure there must be a program out there that does something to the menus so that the extras aren't required in order to burn a playable dvd.
