i have problems when burning with copy2dvd

i am using dycripter and then dvd2one. then when i go to copy using copy2dvd i get these error messages.
at 21:46 unable to start the write process - finalization skipped to preserve media.
and
at 21:46 write sector faild at sector 16(16) - sode 001A00 [no sense information]

I have burnt plenty of dvd's before and used the same media. ca anyone help me as to why it does this to me know.
