Have a game on my virtual CD-Drive. Can I make a copy of same from the image or the drive? Thank you.

Yes you can.
But, it might not burn properly because the copy protection sabotages that part of the CD copying process.
Ripping to HD is OK but it prevents you from burning it ;(
