If you are having problems with your dvdxcopy software, then you need to contact dvdxcopy-international.com. They offer great support with speedy recovery with activation.

My software was reactivated within a 24-hour period. All I had to do was to request service via email and proof of ownership by logging into http://www.dvdcopy.com secure web site and obtain necessary information.

Most importantly, I kept a close watch on my email for any update from my Operator who was assigned to the case. So this way I could provide whatever information needed to maintain a good communication data flow. Guest What! It worked for me and I hope it works for you too.

Note: dvdxcopy-international.com has proven to me that their support on DVD X Copy Platinum is excellent!
